Learn how to prepare, design and assemble a festive charcuterie board for the holidays while drinking wine at our Holiday Charcuterie Workshop.  Guided by Prisilla Solis of Shar-koo-tr-ee Charcuterie and More, this workshop includes all the supplies you will need, plus light bites and one glass of wine. Additional wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.  Tickets are $90 or $85 for wine club members.

Enjoy a festive, fun morning in our barrel room at our holiday wreath making workshop taught by owner/winemaker Rosa Fierro.  You will prepare, design and assemble a beautiful holiday wreath for the holidays.  Workshop includes everything you will need to make your wreath:  fresh evergreens, ribbon and embellishments, guided instructions, light bites and 1 glass of wine.  Feel free to bring personalized items to add.
